SMITH Restaurant is the ground floor dining outlet that includes both a dining room and 2 large outdoor terraces. The menu features unique signature nose-to-tail cuisine with exceptional ingredients and progressive cooking methods. All produce, meat and fish are humanely, organically, and locally sourced whenever possible. Some of the highlights on the menu include delectable dishes such as Verjus Glaze Pork Belly with pickled stone fruit, spicy lentils, mint and coriander as well as a Spicy Mini Haggis with whisky and sweet potato. There is an extensive beverage menu including bespoke cocktails, wines and draft beers from around the world. The dessert menu features classic dishes such as Eton Mess with berries, praline, and fresh cream as well as innovative twists on classics such as a Banana Split with burnt honey ice cream and caramelized banana.
THE SHOP is the upper level of the warehouse and features The Blacksmith Shop – a professional Japanese knife and culinary utensils showroom – private dining area, and cooking-school-by-day-and-chefs’- table-by-night. Smith wishes to entertain guests with its innovative design, classic bar cocktail culture vibe, and modern signature twists, all paired with imaginative cuisine. All of Smith’s décor is locally sourced and produced in Thailand.
