“Let Them Eat Cake” is English translation of “Qu’ils mangent de la brioche”, which was believed to be said by Marie-Antoinette upon learning of the bread shortages among the peasants at the dawn of French Revolution. That being said, French culture and fashion are the major influences of our brand as we too, evolve and come up with new ideas every “season”. The quote also represents the brand’s mission to creatively exhibit distinctive patisseries not only for consumer’s ultimate experience, but with the hope that they might trigger others to appreciate, reinterpret or even re-invent their own.
